These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and loki99 ("loki99", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the loki99 online casino and sports betting platform accessible at loki99.lat and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of any such person, of loki99 or any of its affiliated companies, or of any game software provider integrated into the loki99 platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by loki99 or any relevant gaming authority.

loki99 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time and to suspend an account pending verification if eligibility is in doubt.

To access loki99's full range of Services, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address.

One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered loki99 account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, or identity documents — is strictly prohibited. loki99 employs technical and procedural controls to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and all balances therein forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) Verification

loki99 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawals, in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations under the Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended, and related AMLC regulations. You will be required to submit:

loki99 reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including the ability to withdraw — until satisfactory KYC documentation has been received and verified.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your loki99 account credentials, including your password, OTP codes, and any two-factor authentication tokens. loki99 strongly recommends:

• Using a unique, strong password of at least 12 characters not used on any other platform
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP in your account settings
• Never sharing your login credentials with any third party, including family members

loki99 will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials. In the event you suspect unauthorised access to your loki99 account, you must notify loki99 support immediately via live chat or email at [email protected]. loki99 will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, suspend the compromised account pending a security review.

Deposits

loki99 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Metrobank, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20 (subject to availability). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. loki99 does not charge fees for deposits; any fees imposed by the payment method provider are the responsibility of the player.

All funds deposited into a loki99 account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not accepted and will be returned, less any applicable processing costs.

Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as the loki99 account. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. loki99 targets a processing time of 5–15 minutes for GCash and Maya withdrawals; actual processing time may vary based on verification requirements and payment provider processing times.

loki99 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests, including requests for source-of-funds documentation, where transaction patterns or amounts warrant additional scrutiny under applicable AML/CFT regulations.

Deposit Wagering Requirement

All deposits must be wagered at least once before a withdrawal can be processed. This requirement is separate from and in addition to any bonus wagering requirements that may apply.

Dormant Accounts

An account with no login activity for 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. loki99 may apply a monthly maintenance fee of ₱200 to dormant accounts following notification to the registered email address. Fees will not reduce the account balance below zero.

loki99 offers various promotional incentives to players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, and cashback offers. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, as well as any specific terms attached to the individual promotion:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and must be wagered the specified number of times (wagering requirement) before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn as real money.
• loki99 will clearly state the applicable wagering requirement, eligible games, minimum odds (for sports betting bonuses), and expiry date for each promotion at the time of offer.
• Not all games contribute equally to bonus wagering requirements. Live dealer games, certain table games, and jackpot slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Game contribution percentages are specified in individual promotion terms.
• loki99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided such modification does not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts.
• Players who attempt to exploit bonus terms — including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements without genuine play — may have their bonuses voided and their accounts suspended.
• Only one welcome bonus per player is permitted. Duplicate accounts created to claim multiple welcome bonuses will be closed and all bonuses forfeited.

Random Number Generation

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the loki99 platform. Breach of any prohibition below will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one account or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account
• Using false, inaccurate, or third-party identity information during registration or KYC verification
• Using loki99 for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime activity
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Accessing the platform using VPN, proxy, or other technologies to circumvent geographic restrictions or security controls
• Attempting to charge back, reverse, or otherwise dispute a legitimate deposit transaction

All intellectual property rights in and to the loki99 platform — including but not limited to the loki99 brand name, logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, and data compilations — are owned by or licensed to loki99. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use any loki99 intellectual property for commercial or non-personal purposes.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the loki99 platform without the prior written consent of loki99. Unauthorised use of loki99 intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, loki99 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits
• Loss of data or account information
• Technical disruptions or interruptions to the platform
• Actions of third-party game providers or payment processors
• Losses arising from your breach of these Terms

loki99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your loki99 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude loki99's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability which cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

loki99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Chargebacks or payment disputes initiated by the player against loki99
• Receipt of a self-exclusion request from the player
• Regulatory direction or court order

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, loki99 will communicate the reason for suspension via the player's registered email address within a reasonable timeframe. Players may dispute a suspension by contacting [email protected] within 30 days.

You may close your loki99 account at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary account closure, any remaining balance will be paid out to your verified withdrawal method following final KYC checks, provided no outstanding bonus wagering requirements or withdrawal holds are in effect.

2. Step 2 — Formal Complaint: If your complaint remains unresolved after Step 1, you may escalate by submitting a formal written complaint to [email protected] marked "FORMAL COMPLAINT". loki99 will investigate and provide a written final decision within 14 calendar days.
3. Step 3 — Regulatory Escalation: If you remain unsatisfied following loki99's final decision, you may escalate the matter to the relevant Philippine gaming regulatory authority in accordance with applicable procedures.

Subject to the dispute resolution process above, the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the loki99 platform.
